Adjusted Tuition Program

Sunfield Waldorf School is committed to providing a program that is accessible to all who would like to attend. Tuition adjustment is available to families of children in our grade school and is based on need. Please contact the office for a tuition adjustment application if interested.

These fees are in addition to the annual tuition amount. The registration fee is non-refundable. Supplies fees are refundable if a family withdraws their child’s application. Miscellaneous fees for special trips, musical instruments, etc., will be assessed as they arise.

Sibling Discounts

The first sibling of an enrolled student is eligible for a 20% discount on tuition costs, the second sibling, a 30% discount, and the third sibling, a 40% discount.

Aftercare, ages five and up

Aftercare is billed by the day and is not prorated for partial hours.

Volunteer Aftercare rate

Children of volunteers who are attending a committee or board meeting at Sunfield may stay in Aftercare free of charge for the hours of the meeting only.

Late Pick-up Fees

Late pick-ups of up to 10 minutes after the closing time will result in a $10 fee per incident. Late pick up 10 minutes or more after closing time will result in a $25 fee per incident. These fees will cover the additional cost of the Aftercare provider and are also applicable to parents attending committee or board meetings and using Aftercare free of charge.

Parent Participation

The school depends upon volunteer effort in the areas of fund-raising and school activities. Each family is required to annually contribute 24 hours of service to school activities. Participation also involves financial contributions to the Annual Giving Fund as families are able, and each family is asked for a commitment of time during one or more of the school festivals or programs.
